What is a RSS stream ?
A RSS Stream is an alert system useful to receive automatically the news of a web site. It is very interesting because when you are subscriber, you receive directly in your browser the news. You do not need to go on the web site or read your email.

C'est Easy especially with Firefox, or Internet Explorer (>6) : Click on the RSS link and read instructions.
You can use an online agregator, for instance Netvibes, or a freeware.
